The People to People cultural engagement 2016-2021 initiative aims to provide people within the Baltic States with the skills and opportunities to fully integrate within, and contribute to society; as well as to take part in decision making in their communities, countries, and the EU.
The teacher development strand of the British Council’s People to People programme in the Baltic Sates; Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, started in 2017. As a trainer, Chris facilitated face-to-face workshops focused on the development of thinking skills and 21st century skills in the classroom. The application of this learning was then supported through further moderation support with 110 participants on the programme’s online component; a 30 hour, 12-week online course covering learning technologies and inclusive practice.
